What size do I need?
Sizes are specified with each product.
How can I take best care of my Eton Messy garment?
Turn the garment inside out before washing and wash the garment on a cold setting so it doesn't shrink in the washing machine. Let the garment hang dry, this will keep it in good shape and keep the print in best possible condition.
What type of postage/shipping do you use?
We post using Royal Mail First Class for UK orders and Royal Mail Air Mail for International orders.
How long does it take for me to receive what I ordered?
UK orders are expected within 1-10 working days to be delivered.
Rest of the world please allow 3-14 working days for delivery.

Can I exchange my item?
If your item does not fit then please let us know by emailing: [email protected] and sending the item back with your name, address and size/ garment you wish to exchange it for. We also ask for £4.00 to be sent via Paypal to: [email protected] to cover postage. Once the item has been received at our end we will resend another size out to you.
Unfortunately at the moment we only offer exchange and no refunds.

How secure is it purchasing from Eton Messy?

Do I need a paypal to buy from Eton Messy?
You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us but if you already have one it will make the transaction faster.
